Refund policy

At Ramoura, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Only unopened, unused, and sealed products are eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Personalized or gift-boxed items

  • Sale/discounted products

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or wrong.
